Three Annexes to the technical appendix of Chapter 16 (Shipping and Navigation), Volume B of the Environmental Statement were erroneously omitted from Navitus Bay's original electronic submission. Due to the current stage that the application is at in the planning process, we now cannot submit the missing documents to the Planning Inspectorate until the Preliminary Meeting, which will take place at the beginning of the Examination phase of the project (estimated to take place in late summer /early autumn).
