Your comments and feedback on our development plans and projects will be made publicly available as part of our Consultation Report; however, your name and address will be withheld from this Report. Your comments will be assigned a unique identifier in the Report by us, or a third party acting on our behalf, that identifies you as the person who made the comment, but only we (and any third party acting on our behalf) and you (if you request the identifier) will be able to link the identifier to you.

Copies of your comments and feedback (together with your personal details) may be made available to statutory authorities (including the Planning Inspectorate) so that they can verify our compliance with applicable law.
