Navitus Bay Development Consent Application registration period for interested parties now open

On the 8th May The Planning Inspectorate (PINS) confirmed that Navitus Bay Development Limited's formal application for development consent has been accepted and will progress to the pre-examination stage, whereby members of the public can register as an interested party in order to provide comments on the application and be kept informed of the progress of the examination.

The registration period for interested parties starts on 13 May 2014 and any representation or response must be received by PINS by 23 June 2014.

All responses must be made on a Registered and Relevant Representation Form, which can be found on the PINS website. Alternatively, a paper copy can be obtained from PINS by telephoning 0303 444 5000.

Copies of the application documents will be available online through the PINs website; as well as through the Navitus Bay website. A paper copy of the Development Consent Application may be inspected free of charge throughout the period for submission of representations from 13 May 2014 to 23 June 2014 at the following locations and during the hours set out below:
